Our client, a fright forwarding company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through in-person sales activities. The Outside Sales Representative will represent the company in the field, identify new opportunities, and deliver solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and thrives in a performance-based environment. Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach. Conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients to present products or services. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in the CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about company offerings, pricing, and industry trends. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required. Provide market feedback and insights to leadership. Qualifications: Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently in the field. Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory. Experience using CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools preferred. Location: Brooklyn NY Salary: $65K Draw + commission
