Intake Coordinator
Our client, a financial service provider, is seeking an Intake Coordinator The Intake Coordinator is responsible for onboarding new clients into the company’s system. This role ensures a smooth, organized, and accurate setup process by collecting all required documentation, guiding clients through onboarding steps, and coordinating with internal teams to activate services efficiently. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase. Gather required business documentation to set up new accounts. Guide clients through each step of the onboarding process, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Input client data into software and verify all information for completeness. Ensure all onboarding documents are collected in accordance with company standards. Confirm compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Maintain organized digital client files for internal and audit purposes. Communicate onboarding progress and requirements to clients in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal specialists, customer service representatives, and account managers. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed. Review client data to prevent errors before service activation. Troubleshoot onboarding issues with professionalism and attention to detail. Ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to active processing. Qualifications: Experience in client onboarding, administrative support, and client coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software systems. Background working with small to mid-size businesses is a plus. Location: Brooklyn NY Salary: $80K
