OLP Supervisor – CFTSS / CORE (LMSW+ with SIFI) New York (Remote / Hybrid) $80,000 – $90,000 Overview A growing behavioral health organization is looking for an OLP Supervisor to take ownership of clinical oversight across its CFTSS and CORE programs . This is not just a supervision role — it’s for someone who can keep a team on track, ensure documentation is done right, and step in when things start slipping . If you’re organized, responsive, and comfortable managing both people and process, this role will put you in a position to make a real impact. What You’ll Be Responsible For Lead individual and group supervision for providers Oversee documentation quality and follow up on anything incomplete or overdue Support onboarding and training of new clinicians Help providers stay on track with compliance and clinical standards Assist with treatment plans, medical necessity, and documentation updates Troubleshoot EHR and workflow issues as they come up Keep leadership updated and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Step in as needed to support day-to-day clinical operations What They’re Looking For LMSW or higher + SIFI (required) Active NY license Experience with CFTSS and/or CORE Prior supervision experience Strong attention to detail — especially with documentation Someone who follows up, stays organized, and keeps things moving Clear communicator who can work well with both clinicians and leadership Email: Baila@maiplacement.com
