Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – ABA / Behavioral Health Monsey, NY Area $350,000 – $450,000 Base + Profit Sharing (DOE) Company & Role Overview A large, established ABA and behavioral health organization operating across multiple states is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to help lead and scale the business. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving day-to-day operations, strengthening execution across locations, and building the structure needed to support continued growth. This role is highly hands-on, with a strong focus on execution, accountability, and operational efficiency across a multi-site organization.
