Showroom Assistant & Office Manager Location: Monsey NY (On-site) Full-Time | Non-Exempt Salary: 60k Schedule: Sunday–Friday (one weekday off) | Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Position Overview The Showroom Assistant & Office Manager is the main on-site contact for clients and visitors. This role supports showroom operations, client intake, CRM updates, estimate coordination, and general office administration. It ensures a smooth client experience and strong communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. (No billing or accounting responsibilities.) Key Responsibilities Client & Showroom Support Greet and assist clients in the showroom Answer calls and respond to inquiries Schedule appointments and manage daily showroom flow Maintain a clean and professional showroom environment CRM Management (Zoho) Enter and update client and lead information Log notes, calls, and follow-ups Keep CRM data accurate and organized Estimates & Coordination Collect and organize information for estimates Coordinate with clients on project details and selections Communicate with vendors for pricing and availability Forward complete information to internal teams Project & Office Support Assist with coordination of active projects Communicate between clients, vendors, warehouse, and staff Track orders, deliveries, and updates Support general office organization and scheduling Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Organized and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment Comfortable using CRM systems (Zoho preferred) Able to work on-site full time Additional Information On-site showroom position Requires consistent attendance Equal Opportunity Employer
