Sales Representative Full-Time Compensation $1,500/week for the first 3 months + commission Commission-only structure after 3 months Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business and close deals. This role focuses on generating leads, managing the sales process, and maintaining strong follow-up to convert opportunities into sales while ensuring healthy profit margins. Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calls, emails, and outreach Conduct follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with prospects Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients Visit sites to assess needs and gather information for quotes and estimates Follow up on quotes to close deals (quotes are prepared by the office) Manage and track sales activity to meet and exceed targets Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person meetings Self-motivated with a drive to close deals Ability to manage follow-ups and stay organized Sales experience is a plus but not required
