Showroom Salesman (B2C & B2B) Location: Mosney, NY (On-site) Full-Time | Non-Exempt Salary: 75k Schedule: Sunday–Friday (one weekday off) | Friday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth across both B2C and B2B channels. This role manages the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry through closing—while delivering a strong client experience and working closely with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management Manage the full sales process from lead to close Build and maintain relationships with trade partners and private clients Guide clients through product selection and purchasing decisions Present products and services in a clear and professional manner Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline Business Development Identify and pursue new B2C and B2B opportunities Generate leads and expand the client base Drive consistent revenue growth through outreach and follow-up Coordination & Pipeline Management Track leads and client activity in CRM systems Maintain consistent follow-ups to move deals forward Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams Support coordination between sales and project execution Qualifications Strong communication and client-facing skills Sales-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft 365 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Sales experience is a plus but not required Familiarity with AI tools is a plus Additional Information On-site showroom position Requires reliability and consistent attendance Equal Opportunity Employer
