Clinical Director – ABA (Multi-State) | Location: New Jersey Full time in Office Salary: 125k+ DOE We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead and oversee ABA services across multiple states. This is a full-time, in-office position based in New Jersey. Responsibilities: Oversee ABA clinical services across 4 states (home-based programs) Supervise and support a team of BCBAs and clinical staff Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards Maintain quality assurance and best practices across all cases Provide clinical guidance, training, and performance oversight Collaborate with leadership on growth, strategy, and program development Requirements: Active NJ LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Director in ABA MUST Strong leadership and multi-state oversight experience Experience supervising BCBAs and managing large caseloads/teams Proficiency with CentralReach required Spanish-speaking – major plus
