Director of Revenue Cycle Management A growing medical billing company is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to oversee and optimize all billing operations. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-driven, and has a proven track record of leading high-performing billing teams within the medical billing field. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of revenue cycle operations. Recruit, train, and mentor billing team members. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations. Collaborate with leadership to improve billing efficiency and financial outcomes. Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in medical billing, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of ABA billing and payer requirements (preferred). Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and lead successful billing teams. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. ABA billing experience prefered.
