This role sits at the intersection of data and people you'll own the numbers, sharpen the processes, and help a growing team perform at its best. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Training Lead the onboarding process for new sales team members Develop and deliver training programs to get reps up to speed quickly Performance & Reporting Review and analyze team performance metrics on an ongoing basis Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and CRM hygiene Build and maintain dashboards and reports to surface actionable insights Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement improvements Coordinate and manage sales content, resources, and documentation Team Collaboration Work closely with team members to support individual and team-wide performance Serve as a key connector between leadership and the sales floor Qualifications Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Natural communicator and collaborator a people person who also loves the numbers Hands-on experience with CRM systems; Salesforce strongly preferred Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interested?
