Sales Executive (Tax Credits Corporate Benefits) Location | Hybrid Compensation: $150K+ (Base + Commission)

This is a high-impact sales role focused on helping mid-to-large enterprises unlock significant tax credits tied to employee childcare benefits turning corporate tax liabilities into high-return financial assets. You will be working directly with senior leadership at target companies, driving strategic financial conversations from first touch to close.
The environment is fast-paced and results-driven. The product is proven, the market is underserved, and the financial upside for clients is compelling. This role is for a confident closer who can command a room, simplify complexity, and move deals forward without hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pipeline Creation
Identify and develop new business opportunities with mid-to-large enterprises
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking
Research target accounts and identify the right decision-makers before the first touch
Sales Execution
Engage and present directly to C-suite executives including CEOs and CFOs
Clearly articulate complex tax strategies in a business-focused, compelling way
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting discovery presentation close
Follow up consistently to push deals forward and prevent drop-off
Relationship & Process Ownership
Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and results
Track all pipeline activity, notes, and next steps with discipline
Provide feedback on messaging and help refine the sales process over time
Qualifications
Proven track record in high-level B2B sales
Comfortable pitching to and negotiating with executive-level decision-makers
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand and explain sophisticated financial concepts
Self-motivated, results-driven, and professional
Preferred (not required):
Background in financial services, tax, or benefits
Experience selling to CFOs or finance leadership
Prior exposure to tax credit or incentive-based products
