Junior Accountant – Real Estate Focus Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 DOE Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office Location: Williamsburg Overview: A growing real estate-focused company is seeking a Junior Accountant to support financial operations, reporting, and budgeting. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with around 2 years of experience, a finance background, and some exposure to real estate. Responsibilities: Assist with financial reports, budgeting, and general accounting tasks Work heavily in Excel to track data, analyze numbers, and build reports Support property-level financials, including reviewing income and expenses Help monitor budgets and identify variances Handle data entry, reconciliations, and financial tracking Assist with occasional executive tasks and special projects Visit properties as needed to support financial or operational review Requirements: ~2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or real estate-related role Basic understanding of real estate is a strong plus Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers and reports Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks Finance coursework or related education preferred
