Account Manager – P&C Insurance Lakewood, NJ Full-Time | In-Office $100K+ DOE A growing P&C insurance brokerage firm is seeking a skilled and capable Account Executive to manage and service client accounts end-to-end. This role involves researching client needs, structuring appropriate coverage, coordinating with carriers and financial institutions, and ensuring smooth execution of all policies and documentation. Responsibilities: Manage assigned client accounts from intake through closing and ongoing servicing Conduct research on clients and their holdings to assess coverage needs Recommend and structure appropriate P&C insurance policies Interface with insurance carriers, banks, and other third parties on behalf of clients Gather, review, and process all required documentation Handle negotiations and policy closings Track and follow up on all open cases to completion Maintain clear communication with clients and internal team Report updates and progress to management Apply best industry practices to ensure strong client outcomes and satisfaction Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in P&C insurance Strong knowledge of P&C policies and coverage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to research, analyze, and problem-solve Motivated, goal-driven, and professional demeanor Proficient with computers and standard office systems
