Outside Sales Representative Full-Time | Field-Based $75K–$100K Base (DOE) + Commission A growing company in the building materials space is seeking a seasoned Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and expand existing relationships. This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who knows how to hunt—cold calling, walking into offices and job sites, and consistently closing deals. Responsibilities: Generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking Prospect and build relationships with contractors, developers, and industry professionals Identify opportunities on job sites and convert them into sales Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing Maintain and grow existing client relationships Provide strong customer service and follow-up to ensure repeat business Track pipeline activity and report progress to management Requirements: Proven track record in outside sales (not entry-level) Strong ability to cold call, door-knock, and generate leads independently Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships quickly and close deals Organized with solid follow-through Experience in construction or building-related industries is a plus This role is ideal for a true salesperson who thrives in the field and knows how to create opportunities from scratch.
