Internal Recruiter
We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Internal Recruiter to support and manage hiring across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating and driving the recruitment process from initial intake through offer stage, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day recruiting activity across multiple open roles
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs
Source, review, and assess candidates using internal tools and platforms
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring strong communication across all parties
Guide candidates through the hiring process and maintain consistent engagement
Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Support offer process coordination and pre-onboarding steps
Identify and help implement improvements to hiring workflows and efficiency

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and follow-through
Comfortable working with systems, tracking processes, and coordinating across teams
A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of work
Experience
Prior recruiting experience is not required , but experience in coordination, operations, client service, HR, or any role requiring strong organization and communication is highly beneficial.
