Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by gaining a deep understanding of their insurance needs
Provide tailored insurance solutions aligned with each client s risk profile and objectives
Deliver timely, responsive service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and service requests efficiently and professionally
Renewal Management & Strategy
Develop and execute strategic renewal plans for assigned accounts
Adhere to the Business Marketing Checklist to ensure consistency and quality in the renewal process
Initiate renewal marketing efforts within required timelines
Proactively identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance client coverage and value
Marketing & Client Communication
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the marketing and renewal process
Provide regular updates on marketing status, submissions, and carrier feedback
Guide clients through the completion of applications, supplemental forms, and required documentation
Compliance & Process Management
Follow all protocol guidelines, including pre-binding and post-binding checklists
Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of Master records
Verify policy accuracy, compliance, and alignment with risk management best practices prior to binding
