Our client, a growing marketing agency, is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to help keep client work moving across a growing agency. This is a fully remote position and is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments, can manage multiple priorities at once, and takes ownership of getting things done. You'll work closely with agency leadership, support a portfolio of clients, and help coordinate creative, content, social media, email marketing, and other marketing initiatives from start to finish. Responsibilities: Manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously Coordinate designers, writers, developers, and other team members Keep projects on track and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks Review creative assets and provide feedback on design, content, and messaging Help manage social media calendars and content planning Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including asset collection, approvals, and deployment Support client communications and internal meetings Maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation Identify bottlenecks and help improve internal processes Support the CEO with project coordination and special initiatives What We're Looking For: Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team Able to give thoughtful feedback on creative work, especially design Familiarity with social media and email marketing Experience using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com Agency experience is a plus Creative background is a plus Why This Role This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple industries, brands, and marketing disciplines while working directly with senior agency leadership.
