Healthcare Project Manager | Brooklyn, NY $50,000 $70,000 About the Role: A healthcare organization in Brooklyn is hiring a Project Manager to own utilization, staffing, and caregiver compliance across their patient population. The role exists to catch missed visits, staffing gaps, and clock-in problems before they turn into patient-care issues. It's a full-time, in-office position. Key Responsibilities Utilization & Staffing Monitor patient utilization and track authorized vs. actual hours Identify the causes behind missed visits or low utilization and work with coordinators to resolve them Track staffing to keep patients consistently covered Caregiver Compliance Monitor caregiver clock-in/clock-out activity and flag compliance issues Follow up with caregivers who aren't meeting visit or documentation requirements Reporting & Process Improvement Build and maintain Excel reports on utilization, missed visits, staffing, and compliance Pull data from multiple teams and turn it into clear reports for management Spot trends and recurring issues affecting utilization Partner with staffing, coordination, and compliance teams to improve processes Take ownership of projects aimed at improving utilization and operations Qualifications Organized, analytical, and excellent at follow-up Comfortable working in Excel; strong Excel skills a plus Enjoys digging into a problem's root cause and working with a team to fix it Interested?
