AI Developer Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Full-Time | In-Office Contract: 1-Year Contract Salary: $100,000–$150,000 DOE Position Overview A growing company is looking for an experienced AI Developer to design and build a custom AI-powered software solution for internal use. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can take an AI project from concept through development and implementation. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement a custom AI software solution Work closely with company leadership to understand business needs and translate them into practical AI solutions Develop AI-powered tools, automation, and internal applications Integrate AI models and technologies with existing systems and workflows Build, test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the platform Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them Take ownership of the project from initial development through launch and ongoing improvements Qualifications Solid professional experience developing AI software and applications Strong background in AI/ML, LLMs, automation, and software development Experience building and deploying real-world AI solutions Must have a strong portfolio of completed AI projects to demonstrate Ability to independently take a project from concept to working product Strong programming and system-integration skills Creative, analytical, and highly solution-oriented Comfortable working directly with company leadership Must be available full-time, in-office Looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and hit the ground running 1-year contract with potential for continued opportunity based on the company's needs and project development.
