Clinical Director & Lead BCBA Location: Linden, NJ Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: $150,000 $200,000 / year About the Role We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and compassionate Clinical Director & Lead BCBA to oversee operations at our early intervention ABA center in Linden, NJ . In this dual role, you will be responsible for overall center operations, clinical leadership, and curriculum design tailored specifically for early learners (ages 2 5). You will lead a dedicated team of Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs), maintaining high-quality care for a center capacity of 20 to 30 children while ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Curriculum Development Curriculum Design: Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and early childhood developmental curricula tailored for children aged 2 5. Supervision: Supervise clinical cases across the center, providing direct support, progress monitoring, and treatment plan updates. Staff Management & Center Operations Staff Supervision: Oversee Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Operational Leadership: Ensure the center runs efficiently on a daily basis, managing scheduling alignment, therapy room logistics, safety protocols and supply needs. Quality Assurance: Ensure all clinical documentation, treatment plans, and billing submittals adhere to state requirements and healthcare compliance standards. Culture & Retention: Foster a collaborative, positive, and supportive working environment for clinical staff and families. Qualifications & Requirements Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Licensure: Active New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (NJ LBA) license (Required).
