Location: Linden, NJ Position: Full-Time | On-Site We are seeking an experienced BCBA to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our ABA center in Linden, NJ. This is a leadership position for someone who can take ownership of the program, manage staff, ensure the center runs smoothly, and help maintain a high standard of service. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ABA center Lead and manage the program and its staff Ensure the center runs smoothly and efficiently Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily programming Manage and support the team, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other staff Address day-to-day issues and problem-solve as they arise Ensure staff are following center policies, procedures, and expectations Monitor overall quality and consistency of services Help create a positive, organized, and professional center environment Communicate with families, staff, and administration as needed Work closely with management to improve and grow the program Take responsibility for the overall success and functioning of the center Qualifications: Active BCBA certification and New Jersey LBA Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage a team and oversee day-to-day operations Responsible, hands-on, and able to take ownership ABA experience required Must be available to work on-site in Linden, NJ This is an opportunity for a BCBA looking to take on a leadership role and oversee an entire ABA center and program.
