Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Store Manager to oversee all aspects of a large and growing operation. This individual will work closely with ownership to execute the company’s vision, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence across all departments.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage people, processes, and performance while maintaining accountability throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute the vision and strategic direction established by ownership
• Oversee all day-to-day business operations
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 30 employees
• Supervise a fleet of 9 delivery/service vehicles and related logistics
• Establish and maintain operational processes and standards
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members
• Ensure departments are aligned and working toward company goals
• Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Report directly to ownership on operational metrics and business performance
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing a large operation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience overseeing multiple departments and staff
• Ability to execute the company vision and strategy
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in operations, logistics, retail, distribution, or service-based businesses preferred
Compensation
• $150,000+ DOE
