Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 Base Salary + Commission
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Deli & Catering Manager to oversee daily deli operations, manage staff, and drive catering sales and customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented leader who understands food service operations, can effectively manage a team, and builds strong relationships with catering clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise deli and catering staff
• Oversee daily deli operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable
• Build and maintain strong relationships with catering customers
• Coordinate catering orders and ensure timely, accurate execution
• Monitor inventory, food quality, and operational standards
• Work closely with ownership to drive sales and grow the catering business
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
• Previous experience managing employees in a deli, restaurant, catering, or food service environment
• Strong understanding of food preparation and food service operations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service abilities
• Ability to build relationships and represent the company professionally
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
