Back Office and Bookkeeping Specialist
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Back Office and Bookkeeping Specialist to join our small but growing renovations and construction company. This remote position involves managing bookkeeping, customer, and vendor relations. Responsibilities Assign expenses to projects and ensure accurate bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software. Send out invoices to clients promptly and follow up as necessary. Run financial reports as needed to support project management. Assist in submitting applications for new projects to building management. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction or related industry (e.g., plumbing, electrical). Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Work Hours This position is expected to require 5-10 hours per week. Please note that we do not work on Chol Hamoed or Taanisim. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
