This role is ideal for someone who has worked across multiple entities and locations ideally within industries like nursing homes, home care, or real estate. They're looking for a true hustler who thrives in fast-moving, high-complexity settings. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities and locations Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Manage month-end and year-end close processes Maintain accurate general ledger and ensure proper account reconciliations Financial Reporting Generate financial statements for multiple entities Prepare monthly financial statements Ensure accuracy and compliance across consolidated and entity-level reporting Provide financial insights and reporting to leadership Internal Controls & Compliance Maintain strong internal controls across all entities and locations Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations Support audits and work with external accountants/auditors as needed Team & Process Management Conduct interviews and oversee hiring for accounting staff Oversee and mentor accounting staff Improve and streamline accounting processes across a multi-entity structure Qualifications Prior experience working in a multi-entity, multi-location company Background in a complex industry such as nursing homes, home care, or real estate preferred CPA a big plus Must be local to or willing to work in Monsey, NY Self-starter with a strong, hustle-driven work ethic Interested?
