CRO & Sales Funnel Manager | Aventura, FL $100K $130K About the Role This role is for a data-obsessed conversion specialist who lives inside funnels, flows, and metrics. You'll own the full conversion journey from website traffic to closed sale building and optimizing the systems that turn clicks into customers. If you get excited about a 2% lift in email open rates and can build an automated sequence in your sleep, this is your seat. Key Responsibilities Conversion Rate Optimization Audit and optimize conversion points across websites and landing pages Run A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements to maximize conversion rates Ensure every touchpoint in the funnel is performing at its highest potential Sales Funnel Management Map and manage the full sales funnel flow from top-of-funnel to close Identify drop-off points and build strategies to move prospects through the pipeline Maintain a clean, efficient funnel architecture across all channels Email Marketing & Automation Build and manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end Set up automated sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered flows Optimize emails for open rates, click-throughs, and downstream conversions Data & Reporting Track and analyze conversion data across website and email channels Build dashboards and reporting systems to monitor funnel health Use data to drive decisions and continuously improve performance Qualifications Proven experience in CRO, sales funnel management, or growth marketing Hands-on expertise with email marketing platforms and automation tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and act on insights Experience managing and optimizing website conversion flows Systems-oriented mindset you build things that run on their own Interested?
