Digital Marketing Specialist | Lakewood, NJ $30 $35/hour About the Role A property management company overseeing a portfolio of 25 residential communities across the United States is looking to bring their digital marketing in-house with an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the charge. This is a role for someone with a strong command of Google Ads and SEO who can own the digital presence from the inside out building strategy, driving visibility, and delivering results across a nationwide portfolio. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth Monitor performance and continuously optimize for search visibility Paid Advertising Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize ROI Qualifications Hands-on experience with Google Ads and SEO this is a must Ability to work independently and take ownership of digital marketing efforts Strong analytical mindset with an eye for performance and results Hours: Full-time 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Interested?
