Key Responsibilities: Order Takeover: Act as the primary point of contact immediately following order confirmation. Client Onboarding: Introduce yourself to clients, review and discuss order details, and set clear expectations for the next steps. Team Alignment: Coordinate closely with contractors, construction teams, installers, and site managers to ensure everyone is aligned on delivery and installation dates.
