Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom web and mobile applications. Build AI-powered solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Create automated workflows that eliminate manual tasks and increase productivity. Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and business intelligence tools. Integrate third-party platforms, APIs, CRMs, ERPs, accounting systems, and other business applications. Work closely with leadership and department heads to identify operational challenges and implement scalable technology solutions. Design and maintain databases, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure. Utilize AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and machine learning tools, to enhance business processes. Ensure software reliability, security, scalability, and performance. Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve existing systems and automations. Document systems, workflows, and development processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
