Healthcare Marketing Team Leader Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY (Full-Time, In-Office) Industry: Mental & Behavioral Health Services Reports To: Executive Leadership About the Role We are seeking a highly responsible, passionate, and results-driven Marketing Team Leader to manage, inspire, and scale our outreach efforts. In this pivotal role, you will take direct ownership of leading our team of Healthcare Network Marketers , driving them to aggressively build out our referral pipelines across New York and New Jersey. The ideal candidate is someone who leads from the front someone who understands how to push a field team to hit numbers while simultaneously handling corporate branding initiatives, tracking digital social media campaigns, and managing high-quality company merchandise (swag). Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Accountability: Directly manage and mentor our team of Healthcare Network Marketers. Set clear outreach targets, monitor daily performance, and push the team to constantly build deep referral relationships. Network Strategy: Map out target locations across NY/NJ (hospitals, doctors, schools, clinics). Accompany marketers on high-priority field visits and optimize their geographic territories. Social Media Campaign Tracking: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of our organic and paid social media campaigns to ensure strong digital brand awareness and consistent inbound inquiries. Corporate Swag & Branding: Fully own the process for company promotional merchandise. Source, design, and manage inventory for premium swag used at trade shows, doctor site-visits, and community events. Williamsburg HQ Alignment: Lead the weekly collaborative meeting at our Williamsburg office, pulling data from the field to report team progress, wins, and conversion metrics directly to leadership. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) Mental Health Marketing Experience: Must have a proven track record of marketing and building referral lines within the mental health, behavioral health, or developmental disabilities industry. Leadership Capability: Strong background in managing a field sales or B2B outreach team. You know how to keep a remote/mobile workforce accountable and highly motivated.
