Healthcare Network Marketer Industry: Mental & Behavioral Health Services Location: Tri-State Area (NY/NJ) | Williamsburg, Brooklyn Office (Required 1x/week) Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: Commission-Based About the Role Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on high-energy outreach and making meaningful connections? We are a growing mental health services company looking for a dynamic Healthcare Network Marketer to spearhead our community and provider outreach. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company. Your mission is to build a robust referral network across New York and New Jersey by pitching our vital mental health services to healthcare systems, educational institutions, and community organizations. If you love a mix of inside sales (phone/email) and field marketing (on-site visits and events), this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities Multichannel Outreach: Actively prospect and build relationships via phone, email campaigns, and face-to-face networking. Field Marketing & Site Visits: Travel to local hospitals, medical practices, doctors' offices, and schools across NY/NJ to pitch our services and secure recurring client referrals. Event Representation: Attend industry trade shows, community health fairs, and networking events to elevate our brand presence. Hybrid Structure: Manage your territory independently throughout the week, with one mandatory collaborative day per week at our Williamsburg, Brooklyn headquarters. Pipeline Management: Track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and referral pipelines to ensure consistent growth. What We Are Looking For The Ultimate Connector: A charismatic, persuasive, and persistent personality. You aren t afraid of cold outreach or walking into a new facility to pitch our services. Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or mental health outreach is highly preferred. Self-Driven & Motivated: Since this role is commission-based, we need a hunter someone who is highly self-motivated, organized, and driven by financial success. Regional Mobility: Must have reliable transportation to travel to field sites across NY/NJ and commute to Williamsburg once a week.
