Deep payroll experience in Home Care, Home Health, CDPAP, PCA, HHA, or similar industries Experience processing large, complex payrolls with hundreds or thousands of employees Strong understanding of overtime, live-in caregivers, EVV, billing/payroll relationships, and industry compliance requirements Able to troubleshoot complex payroll issues and serve as a subject matter expert Comfortable speaking directly with clients and supporting escalated situations
