In this role, you will be the ultimate bridge between our clients, our sales team, and the office. You are the engine that keeps our sales pipeline running smoothly handling everything from customer inquiries and scheduling to generating quotes and managing billing. Key Responsibilities: Confidently handle incoming online inquiries and emails, providing a warm, professional, and helpful experience. Act as the main point of contact for anything between the customer and the company, ensuring smooth communication and quick conflict resolution. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate consultations or deliveries between clients and internal teams. Draft and send accurate sales quotes and formal proposals to prospective and existing clients. Manage the invoicing process, process payments, and handle basic billing inquiries.
