Key Responsibilities Initiate the title process by accurately inputting and processing initial file data. Review legal documents, names, spellings, and numerical data with 100% accuracy. Communicate proactively with clients, attorneys, and internal teams to gather necessary information and move files forward. Identify potential roadblocks in the production process and independently seek out solutions. Maintain a highly organized workflow to ensure all deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
