The candidate should be someone that has good communication skills, they will be the face for the client so they should be able to lead the conversations. Experience: 3-4 years of accounting experience (not bookkeeping). CPA license is preferred, not a must. Responsibilities include: meeting with clients, strategize on tax solutions etc.
