Job Title: eClinicalWorks (eCW) Clinical Trainer Position Summary The eClinicalWorks (eCW) Clinical Trainer is responsible for training clinical staff on the effective use of the eClinicalWorks Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role develops training programs, creates and optimizes clinical workflows and templates, and partners with providers and leadership to improve documentation, efficiency, and user adoption. Key Responsibilities Deliver eCW training for providers, clinical staff, and new hires. Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and workflow documentation. Create and maintain eCW templates, Smart Forms, order sets, and clinical documentation tools. Design and optimize clinical workflows to improve efficiency, documentation, and patient care. Provide support during go-live events, software updates, and workflow changes. Troubleshoot user issues and collaborate with IT and operational teams to resolve them. Stay current on eCW enhancements and regulatory requirements. Assist with testing new functionality and validating clinical workflows. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of clinical healthcare experience. At least 2 years of experience using eClinicalWorks in a clinical setting. Experience creating eCW templates and workflows preferred. Strong communication, training, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications eClinicalWorks certification or advanced training. Experience with clinical informatics or workflow improvement.
