Job Description E-Commerce Manager Location: North Jersey Salary: $100K–$120K | Full-Time A leading commercial furniture manufacturer is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow its online marketplace business. This role is responsible for managing marketplace performance, optimizing product listings, coordinating internal teams, and driving the overall success of the company's e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate has vendor-side e-commerce experience (not third-party seller experience) and a strong understanding of major online marketplaces. Responsibilities: Manage the company's presence across Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, Staples, and other online marketplaces Monitor marketplace performance and ensure listings, content, and product pages are optimized Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, inventory, advertising, and digital content Track sales performance, customer experience, and marketplace health Identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversions, and online sales Resolve marketplace, inventory, and fulfillment issues Develop reports and recommend strategies to support continued growth Qualifications: 5+ years of e-commerce or marketplace management experience Vendor-side marketplace experience required (Not Seller Exp) Strong knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, and other major e-commerce platforms Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Self-motivated with strong attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and play a key role in expanding its online business.
