Senior Product Sourcing & Development Manager (Battery-Powered Residential Equipment) Jersey City, NJ (Onsite) $175,000–$225,000 + Bonus (DOE) Position Overview An established consumer products company is seeking a Senior Product Sourcing & Development Manager to lead the end-to-end sourcing and development of battery-powered consumer products. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role responsible for identifying new products, sourcing world-class manufacturing partners, driving product innovation, and bringing new products from concept through commercialization. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and has deep experience sourcing consumer products throughout Asia while managing the full product lifecycle.
