This leadership role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights that support business growth and operational success. The Finance & Accounting Manager will supervise the accounting team while overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting support, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is an analytical leader with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of financial controls and accounting best practices.
