You'll be the frontline defender of account standing, keeping listings clean, cases resolved, and customers satisfied. Key Responsibilities Account Compliance & Case Management Monitor the Account Health Dashboard to identify and resolve violations, claims, and alerts Respond promptly and professionally to Amazon cases Track and document case progress and resolutions Inventory & Listings Manage stranded inventory and ensure product availability Create and update listings, UPCs, and SKUs Assist with quality control by reviewing product samples Customer Service & Administration Address customer inquiries via email and phone Perform data entry and administrative tasks Qualifications Experience with Amazon Seller Central or a similar eCommerce platform Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities Proficiency in data entry and administrative work Effective written and verbal communication skills Interested?
