Creative Marketing Associate | Brooklyn, NY $35 $45/hour About the Role: A fast-growing brand in Brooklyn is looking for a full-time Creative Marketing Associate to help build and execute its marketing engine, working closely alongside ownership. This is a great fit for someone with strong creative instincts and great taste who can think strategically, execute hands-on, and bring fresh ideas including using AI tools to every part of the marketing process. Key Responsibilities: Creative & Campaigns Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns Create campaign briefs and ensure all marketing assets feel cohesive and on-brand Work with designers and other creatives to bring ideas to life Assist with website copy, product launches, and landing pages Email, SEO & Content Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and customer journeys Support SEO and content strategy Plan, edit, and upload content across platforms AI & Workflow Innovation Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to improve workflows, generate ideas, write copy, and build systems Keep up with new AI tools, marketing trends, and opportunities to help the brand grow Production & Team Collaboration Book models, photographers, and makeup artists for photo shoots Lead brainstorming sessions with the team Take initiative on behind-the-scenes coordination, working closely with ownership Qualifications: Strong creative eye and great taste Understanding of branding, design, and creative direction Knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and integrated marketing Fluent in AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, with a passion for finding smarter ways to work Strategic thinker who's also happy to roll up their sleeves and execute Understanding of how all marketing channels work together Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to build alongside a fast-growing brand Full-time availability Bonus: Experience with luxury, beauty, fashion, or DTC brands Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Copywriting experience Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Notion, Shopify, and Google Analytics Interested?
