This is a hands-on role managing a dedicated roster of individual and corporate clients, with support from a junior staff member and oversight from senior reviewers. Key Responsibilities Tax Preparation & Compliance Prepare individual and corporate tax returns for an assigned client roster Work within a multi-level review process before final sign-off Bookkeeping & Client Management Perform ongoing bookkeeping and write-up work for small business clients Manage day-to-day client communication and documentation needs Team Collaboration Partner with and provide guidance to a junior team member handling clerical support tasks Coordinate with reviewers and senior staff on client files Qualifications 1 2+ years of tax preparation experience Public accounting background with exposure to both tax and bookkeeping/write-up work Comfortable managing or guiding a junior team member Degree preferred but not required for the right candidate Available for full-time, in-office work Interested?
