This full-time, on-site role blends front-end claims management with team leadership, ideal for someone who wants to build efficient processes and drive real results in collections and compliance. Key Responsibilities Claims Management Oversee the submission of clean and timely insurance claims Identify and address rejected, denied, or unbilled claims Monitor claim aging reports and improve collection timelines Team & Cross-Functional Leadership Manage a team of billing and A/R staff and ensure departmental efficiency Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate records Compliance & Operations Maintain compliance with billing regulations and company policies Qualifications Proven experience in medical billing, preferably within the medical supply industry Familiarity with EMR systems; Brightree experience strongly preferred Knowledge of insurance terminology, claim workflows, and A/R processes Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to manage a small team and implement efficient billing practices Interested?
