You will serve as the bridge between upper management and the production floor, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and implement production schedules that meet customer deadlines while maximizing shop capacity Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency gains Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and supplies Manage shop equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Generate fabrication time lines Collaborate with estimating team Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and best practices throughout the facility Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fabricators, welders, and production staff Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members Create and maintain a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, accountability
