Field Manager - Full Time Position Position Type: Full Time Department: Field Operations Reports To: Field Operations Director Location: Field-based - tri state area Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Field Manager to oversee and coordinate all field operations for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of construction processes, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and problem solving skills. This role requires a hands-on professional who can effectively manage teams, ensure project timelines are met, maintain safety standards, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced construction environment. Primary Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations across multiple construction sites in the tri state area, ensuring all activities align with project specifications (drawings), timelines, and budgets Serve as an on site superintendent ensuring smooth movement of projects. Coordinate with project managers and clients (GC's) ensure seamless workflow and communication Regularly meet with clients to ensure satisfaction Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changing conditions or requirements Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols Manage resource allocation including equipment, materials, and personnel to optimize efficiency and productivity Review and approve field reports, time sheets, and progress documentation Lead, mentor, and supervise field crew team members depending on project scope
