Overview We are a cabinet manufacturer serving large multi-family residential construction projects across the US. The Role You will learn and run our estimating process — Day to day, you will: Review architectural plans and perform material takeoffs Build and maintain pricing files in Excel Prepare detailed scope documents and proposals for submission Coordinate and qualify project scope details with sales, design, and factory teams. Prior estimating experience required — we’ll train you on our specific process. What we cannot teach is judgment, ownership, and precision, so that’s what we hire for. Who We’re Looking For Required: Real-world construction experience (estimating and project management) Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills — comfortable with formulas and structured workbooks Highly detail-oriented and organized — you catch the error that others miss A systems person: you follow documented processes, and flag when something doesn’t fit Takes full responsibility for your work and your numbers Able to make a decision when the answer isn’t obvious — and document the assumption Understands money: costs, margins, and what makes a job profitable Clear, professional written English Looking for a long-term, stable role with a growing company A strong plus: Experience with custom kitchens, cabinetry, or millwork How to Apply Upload your resume, and answer these two questions in your message, in this order: Describe your construction experience in 3–4 sentences.
