Outside Sales Representative | Lakewood, NJ & Brooklyn, NY $60K+ Commission About the Role A high-end trimming company serving luxury homes and wedding halls across Lakewood and Brooklyn is hiring a dedicated Outside Sales Representative. You'll own relationships with contractors and designers from first contact through project close, working a field-based territory with the support of a strong internal design and operations team behind you. Key Responsibilities Business Development Prospect and open doors with new contractors and designers across Brooklyn and Lakewood Scout active construction sites and reach out about specific projects in progress Target contractors the company hasn't yet built relationships with Relationship Management Serve as the ongoing point of contact for contractors and designers throughout the project process Build and maintain strong rapport with designers a central driver of winning new business Retain and grow existing client relationships over time Sales Execution Drive the full sales process from outreach to close not a hand-off role Sell premium trimming services in a price-competitive market Qualifications Proven sales experience required; construction or trades sales strongly preferred Ability to open doors, build lasting relationships, and stay engaged through the full sales cycle Self-starter comfortable working independently in a field-based role Compensation Structure Years 1 2: $50K $60K base + commission Year 3+: Commission only Interested?
