The ideal candidate has a strong background in home care nursing and clinical supervision and is comfortable leading staff, reviewing care plans, addressing clinical concerns, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities: Supervise and support field nursing staff. Oversee assessments and individualized plans of care. Monitor clinical quality and documentation.
