Construction Site Manager Location: Brooklyn, NY Territory: 5 Boroughs Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site Salary: $100K+ DOE A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate is an early riser and hands-on operator who is comfortable being on-site from the start of the day, coordinating workers and subcontractors, identifying issues, and making sure everything stays on schedule. Responsibilities Be on-site early each morning to oversee daily operations. Coordinate workers, subcontractors, deliveries, and site activities. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety. Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep the job moving. Communicate with management and provide updates on site progress. Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of construction site experience required. Previous Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar experience preferred. Strong understanding of construction site operations. Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of the site. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be willing to travel between construction sites throughout the 5 boroughs. Must be based in or around Brooklyn, NY.
