Director of Operations Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn Position Type: Full-Time Industry: Healthcare / ABA Salary: $150,000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee daily operations, administrative systems, and regulatory compliance for our growing healthcare organization in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Our agency provides comprehensive mental and behavioral health services, including ABA, CFTSS, and OPWDD programs. The Director of Operations will serve as a key leadership figure, optimizing operational workflows, managing cross-functional administrative teams, and ensuring strict adherence to New York State regulations. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee daily administrative and operational functions across all program divisions. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure agency-wide compliance with billing standards, as well as HIPAA privacy mandates. Process & Workflow Optimization: Establish, evaluate, and streamline operational procedures for intake, scheduling, service authorization, credentialing, and billing. Staff & Resource Management: Directly supervise administrative heads, intake coordinators, and operational support staff. Partner with clinical directors to support clinician onboarding and retention. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Operational leadership experience in the healthcare industry required. Program Expertise: Prior experience or strong familiarity with NYS Medicaid programs, specifically ABA , CFTSS , and OPWDD service delivery models.
